Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Artarium kiosk.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Attend to customers, provide product demonstrations, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain stock, inventory records, and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and cleanliness of the kiosk.
• Handle billing, cash collection, POS operations, and daily sales reports.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the corporate team for stock updates, promotions, and operational requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, discipline, and mall operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Graduate with 1–4 years of retail/store management experience.
• Strong sales, communication, and customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and POS systems.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.

Preferred

• Experience in luxury retail, home décor, gifting, lifestyle, or premium consumer products.
