Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our retail location in Chandigarh. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, implementing effective loss prevention strategies, and achieving sales targets. The Store Manager will also play a key role in the visual merchandising and overall presentation of the store to align with the brand’s aesthetics. This is an on-site role requiring a hands-on approach to managing the store's day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create exceptional shopping experiences and build customer loyalty.
• Proficiency in Store Management with experience in retail operations and team leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to protect inventory and contribute to store profitability.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Prior experience in the retail or fashion industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in fashion or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and make informed decisions independently.
