Your mission
As a Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you’ll lead pivotal transformation engagements and provide hands-on strategic guidance to our clients. You’ll be the key contact, representing AdaptX and co-creating roadmaps, or working on very specific initiatives such as realigning project portfolios, supporting integrations after acquisitions, designing new services & business models, re-aligning governance, accelerating digitalization, and assessing digital maturity.
With a great sense of pragmatism, you will be expected to create impactful value tailored to engagement objectives and client needs.
Internally, you’ll help shape our value proposition, accelerate go-to-market activities, and play an active role in our consultant community, based on your strengths and ambitions.

Your expertise and background
- Master’s degree minimum
- 6+ years as a consultant in a large consulting firm or (digital) strategy boutique, with a proven track record in leading transformation projects/programs
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge & expertise in at least one sector
- Solid experience in topics like architecture & operating models, customer experience, data & AI, agility, strategy execution, and extended knowledge in project/program management
- Expertise in at least one business area (Finance, Sales & Marketing, IT, Ops,..)
- Experience in strategy definition for midcorps, actionable roadmap design, or project portfolio reprioritization with a preference on growth strategy or customer-centricity.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to coach and manage teams, lead workshops, and facilitate change
- Fast learner, flexible in different environments and contexts
- Customer-centric and hands-on with client relationship management
- Able to understand CxO agendas and simplify complex topics for all stakeholders
