As a partner organization of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Anudip focuses on creating digital livelihoods at scale for youth from disadvantaged communities. It offers industry-relevant diploma and certificate programs through training centers in urban, peri-urban, and remote rural locations across India. Anudip’s strong placement record is driven by curricula aligned to employer needs across sectors such as retail, micro-finance, IT, digital services, and automation. The organization has trained more than 100,000 students through over 92 training centers in 20 major states, including Delhi and the wider NCR region.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Relationship Officer (Mobiliser) based in New Delhi (Delhi NCR). The Student Relationship Officer will identify and mobilize prospective learners through field outreach, community engagement, and partnerships with local institutions, NGOs, and community leaders. The role involves counseling students and their families about Anudip’s training programs, eligibility, career pathways, and placement support. The individual will manage end-to-end student onboarding, including documentation, enrollment, and coordination with training center staff to ensure smooth batch formation. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate databases, tracking student inquiries and conversions, providing ongoing support to enrolled learners, and sharing regular reports and feedback with program and center teams to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications
  • Strong Business Relationship Management and Sales skills to build and sustain partnerships with schools, colleges, community organizations, and local stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of Finance concepts to explain course fees, scholarships, payment plans, and financial support options clearly to learners and families.
  • Excellent Communication skills (in English and local languages) for effective student counseling, presentations, and community outreach.
  • Proven Customer Service orientation to respond to student queries, manage expectations, and ensure a positive experience throughout the learner journey.
  • Ability to work in the field across Delhi NCR, including regular visits to communities and partner institutions.
  • Good data management and MS Office/Google Workspace skills for maintaining records, reports, and outreach trackers.
  • Prior experience in student mobilization, admissions, education, skilling, or community engagement is preferred.
  • Minimum graduate degree in any discipline; a background in social work, education, or business will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working with diverse socio-economic groups in a gender-neutral and inclusive environment.
