Role Overview
This is a high-impact role focused on driving supply chain excellence across logistics cost, delivery speed, operational efficiency, and customer experience at scale. As a Supply Chain Excellence Lead, you will own end-to-end programs spanning logistics pricing, cost optimization, delivery promise accuracy, partner performance, and process excellence across PTL and FTL operations. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution.
This role is designed for high-potential operators who aspire to become future supply chain and business leaders, offering accelerated learning and ownership in building scalable and efficient supply chain systems.

Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Excellence Lead, you will own end-to-end programs spanning logistics pricing, cost optimization, delivery promise accuracy, partner performance, and process excellence across PTL and FTL operations. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution.
This role is designed for high-potential operators who aspire to become future supply chain and business leaders, offering accelerated learning and ownership in building scalable and efficient supply chain systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end supply chain excellence for the organization by optimizing both logistics cost and delivery turnaround time while ensuring high operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Own, design, and continuously optimize the logistics pricing engine to drive competitive customer pricing, improve conversion, and maximize overall business profitability
- Drive cost optimization programs through improved operational workflows, smarter order allocation, and network efficiency initiatives.
- Own and optimize the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) engine to provide accurate delivery timelines by minimizing network variability across logistics partners and improving customer experience.
- Define and track key supply chain metrics related to logistics cost, delivery timelines, and operational efficiency; build granular cost visibility across business and operational dimensions.
- Own and streamline the billing and reconciliation process across 20+ logistics partners; identify and eliminate process leakages and inefficiencies.
- Lead process excellence initiatives for both Part Truck Load (PTL) and Full Truck Load (FTL) operations to improve utilization, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
- Establish strong cross-functional collaboration frameworks across Operations, Product, Tech, Finance, and Supply teams to drive seamless execution of key initiatives.
- Engage and collaborate with third-party logistics partners to drive commercial negotiations and optimize freight pricing.
- MBA/Bachelors from Tier-1 institute.
- 2+ year's experience around logistics / supply chain excellence
- Strong analytical & problem-solving orientation.
- Action bias thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
