System Analyst

Role Description The System Analyst role at Kramaltus™ is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The System Analyst will evaluate existing systems and workflows, gather and analyze business requirements, and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and reliability. This role involves translating business needs into technical specifications, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders, and supporting system implementation and configuration. The System Analyst will also monitor system performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and ensure that solutions are aligned with operational integrity and scalability goals. Regular documentation, reporting, and participation in cross-functional meetings are core aspects of the day-to-day work.
Qualifications

• Strong Systems Analysis and Business Analysis skills to assess requirements and design effective solutions.
• Solid Information Technology knowledge to understand system architectures, integrations, and technical constraints.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose issues, and support informed decision-making.
• Proficient Troubleshooting abilities to identify root causes and resolve system and process problems promptly.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in IT, Law, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with enterprise systems or business applications is highly beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
