This role is ideal for an early-career recruitment professional who enjoys candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and structured conversations with candidates. You will play an important role in keeping hiring pipelines active, improving candidate communication, and helping hiring managers maintain clear visibility on recruitment progress.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support candidate sourcing, resume screening, initial outreach, interview coordination, and recruitment tracking across multiple open roles.


You will also conduct initial candidate conversations using structured questions to understand role fit, interest, availability, communication ability, and basic suitability. This role requires someone who is naturally curious, organized, analytical, and able to assess people thoughtfully while maintaining a professional candidate experience.



Key Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to assess basic fit, interest, and availability.
  • Ask structured questions during candidate conversations to evaluate suitability for open roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline updates, and interview status tracking.
  • Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and share pipeline updates.
  • Support multiple open requisitions while prioritizing urgent hiring needs.
  • Identify and escalate pipeline gaps, scheduling blockers, and candidate experience risks early.
  • Support improvements in recruitment process consistency through organized follow-ups, documentation, and coordination.

  • Hiring managers spend less time on recruitment administration because of dependable coordination support.



Education / Preferred Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Any bachelor’s degree with relevant recruiting or talent acquisition exposure may also be considered.
