Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager role at Life Educare is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for teaching, non-teaching, and leadership roles across client schools and internal positions, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate closely with school management and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, define job profiles, and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs. Daily responsibilities include managing job postings, using various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, and networks) to build strong talent pipelines, and maintaining an updated applicant tracking system. The role also entails driving employer branding initiatives, coordinating campus and recruitment drives, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and using data and metrics to improve hiring quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting for multiple roles and levels, preferably within K-12 education or education service-oriented industries.
  • Experience in interviewing, including competency-based and structured interviews, and assessing candidates for both skills and culture fit.
  • Proven experience in hiring activities such as sourcing, shortlisting, negotiating offers, and onboarding coordination.
  • Exposure to employer branding initiatives, including social media presence, recruitment marketing, and talent engagement events.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and school leadership.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and common sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification is an advantage.
  • Understanding of K–12 school operations and recruitment for academic and non-academic roles is highly desirable.
