Your Mission

• Build strong talent pipelines for engineering and leadership hiring.
• Lead and coach a high-performing recruitment team.
• Partner with business leaders to solve hiring challenges.
• Drive innovative sourcing through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, social media and other creative channels.
• Use market intelligence and hiring analytics to influence recruitment decisions.
• Strengthen our employer brand and candidate experience.
• Continuously improve hiring velocity, quality and recruiter productivity.
