Job Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Date: May 17th, 2026 (Sunday)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Olympus-A, Security Block Hiranandani Estate, Ghodbunder Road, Patlipada, Thane (W) 400607, Maharashtra, India
Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only
Experience Required: 6-10 years

Mandatory Documents to carry:
- TCS Online Application Form
- Hard Copy of Resume
- 2 Copy Recent Passport Size Photographs
- Original and photocopy of Govt. ID proof (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card)
Eligibility:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
Knowledge/Skills required:
- Minimum 6 - 10 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in the US Market
- Experience with recruiting or sourcing for Financial/Insurance Domain
- Sourcing and Screening of varied roles ranging from Low to Mid, Mid to High, and Executive roles across different organizations/business units.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, an ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
- Should be ready to work on the night shift.
- Individuals should have a fair knowledge of ATS (iCIMS, Job Diva, Success Factor, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.)
- Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
- Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools like Eightfold will be an added advantage.
- Creative thinker and solution-oriented approach.
Leadership Skills
Good to have skills:
- Experience with US experience in BFSI and Service Industry
- Knowledge of Various ATS (Job Diva, Bullhorn, Success Factor, iCIMS etc.)
Typical Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using Internet-based sourcing techniques: job boards, search engines, social networking tools, university alumni sites, local organizations' websites, discussion groups, and public and proprietary resume databases.
- Full life cycle recruiting experience - understanding the job order, sourcing and qualifying the right candidates, handling negotiations, and closing deals.
- Conduct professional assessment and verification for skills, experience, availability, compensation, willingness to travel/relocate, and overall suitability for the position.
- Prepare submittal documents for each shortlisted candidate and schedule interviews.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain daily and weekly client reports.
- Mentoring New Team Member about process.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
- 2-8 years of experience in candidate onboarding (preferably US onboarding but any international onboarding experience is required)
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR) is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
