What You'll Do

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership teams.

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to forecast workforce needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future business growth.
  • Conduct job analyses and help define hiring criteria, job requirements, and success profiles.
  • Leverage labor market trends and recruiting best practices to attract top talent.

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage the recruitment process from requisition approval through offer acceptance.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and optimize postings across multiple platforms.
  • Source candidates through ATS databases, social media, networking, employee referrals, job fairs, and industry events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, administer assessments, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and conduct structured, behavioral, and competency-based interviews.
  • Guide hiring teams through the selection process and provide recommendations on candidate fit.

High-Volume Hiring & Workforce Planning

  • Manage high-volume hourly recruiting efforts while balancing aggressive hiring goals and speed-to-fill expectations.
  • Partner closely with operations and HR teams to support staffing priorities, shift coverage, and workforce readiness.
  • Drive recruiting initiatives during growth and ramp-up periods to ensure hiring targets are achieved.

Candidate & Stakeholder Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
  • Build strong relationships that create a positive, engaging candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR during offer negotiations, including compensation recommendations, start dates, and incentives.

Partnerships & Talent Operations

  • Manage relationships with staffing agencies and recruiting vendors.
  • Coordinate candidate flow, agency submissions, and temporary-to-full-time hiring conversions.
  • Support implementation and ongoing optimization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track recruiting metrics and analyze hiring trends.
  • Provide regular reports on hiring activity, pipeline health, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and hiring success rates.
  • Use data to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or Staffing Professional in either corporate or agency environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
  • Experience conducting structured, behavioral, and competency-based interviews.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, HRIS, and recruiting technologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience with ATS, candidate management, HRIS, and HRMS systems.
  • SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential or other HR certification.
  • High-volume recruiting experience within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, warehouse, or industrial environments.
  • Experience managing staffing agency relationships and vendor recruiting programs.
