Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Vadodara. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including role intake with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, supporting hiring managers through the selection process, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as crafting job postings, promoting the organization on relevant platforms, and participating in recruitment events. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate recruitment data, tracking key hiring metrics, collaborating with HR on offers and onboarding, and continuously improving recruitment processes to meet business growth objectives.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, with experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess proven Hiring and Interviewing skills, including structured interview techniques and fair, unbiased evaluation of candidates.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills, with the ability to craft compelling job descriptions and promote the organization across digital and professional channels.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills to partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office or similar tools.
- Relevant experience in recruiting for digital marketing, technology, or creative roles is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Familiarity with employment laws and inclusive hiring practices, along with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, is advantageous.
