We're looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently manage end-to-end hiring and build strong talent pipelines across technical and non-technical functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.
  • Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, databases, and networking.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and publish openings across multiple hiring platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate skills, communication, and culture fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring priorities and workforce requirements.
  • Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Negotiate compensation, manage offer discussions, and ensure timely offer closures.
  • Maintain recruitment data, ATS records, interview feedback, and hiring reports.
  • Track recruitment KPIs including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Source Effectiveness.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
  • Stay updated with hiring trends and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Strong experience with end-to-end recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for talent sourcing.
  • Experience working with major job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, etc.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Experience hiring for IT, SaaS, AI, Web3, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or Corporate roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or global organization.
  • Strong networking and headhunting capabilities.
