Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily elevator service and maintenance work at sites
• Lead and support a team of technicians
• Assign work and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Visit sites regularly to check work quality
• Identify and fix technical issues and handle breakdowns
• Ensure preventive maintenance is done as per schedule
• Maintain service quality and reduce downtime
• Follow all safety rules and company policies
• Conduct safety meetings and provide basic training to technicians
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for tools and materials
• Communicate with customers regarding service updates
• Maintain records, reports, and maintenance logs
• Support the manager in team performance and improvements

Eligibility / Requirements

• Diploma or BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 5-8 years of experience in elevator service & maintenance
• At least 2-3 years of team handling experience
• Good knowledge of elevator systems and troubleshooting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic reporting and planning skills
