About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Consultant – Source-to-Pay (S2P) to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in S2P platform configuration, development, and implementation, with hands-on experience in Source-to-Order (SPO) and Accounts Payable Optimization (APO) modules.

In this role, you will collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design, configure, customize, and support enterprise-grade Source-to-Pay solutions that enhance procurement and accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting and expert guidance on Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform capabilities and industry best practices.
• Configure, customize, and develop S2P solutions based on customer requirements.
• Work extensively on Source-to-Order (SPO) and Accounts Payable Optimization (APO) modules.
• Conduct customer workshops, technical discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering meetings.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design, effort estimation, implementation planning, and project execution.
• Develop custom enhancements, integrations, APIs, and workflow automations.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, architects, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support during and after implementation.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, implementation guides, and knowledge articles.
• Mentor junior consultants by sharing technical expertise and implementation best practices.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality, security, and performance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant or Source-to-Pay (S2P) Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform configuration and development.
• Proven experience with Source-to-Order (SPO) and Accounts Payable Optimization (APO) modules.
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, invoicing, and accounts payable business processes.
• Experience in solution design, platform customization, and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs or web services.
• Strong experience in technical workshops, requirement gathering, and solution scoping.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customer-facing consulting experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise procurement or ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Exposure to cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and release management processes.
• Relevant Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform certifications will be an added advantage.
