Role: Your Impact and Ownership

6+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong expertise in at least one core language/technology stack(e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Go)
Solid experience building scalable, cloud-native applications
Proven experience leading complex features or systems end-to-end
Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and architecture patterns
Experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical decisions
Experience with modern development practices (CI/CD, testing, observability)
