Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to design, build, and scale high-performance, secure, and reliable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be technology agnostic, possess strong expertise in modern Web technologies, cloud-native architectures, and distributed systems, and be capable of leading engineering teams while driving technical excellence.

The candidate should also have a good understanding of AI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle (AI SDLC) and modern AI-assisted engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.
Translate business requirements into technical architecture, solution blueprints, and implementation strategies.
Define architecture for microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-native applications.
Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices.
Review code and ensure adherence to quality, security, scalability, and performance standards.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery teams, Clients, and Business stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.
Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across projects.
Participate in technical solutioning, estimations, POCs, and pre-sales discussions.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable architectural approaches.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across the Software Development Lifecycle.

Technical Skills & Requirements

Core Technologies

Strong hands-on experience in Node.js, Python, and React.js.
Exposure to Java is a plus; however, the candidate must not be limited to only Java or only .NET throughout their career.
Experience designing scalable backend systems using modern frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, FastAPI, or Django.

Architecture & Design

Strong expertise in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, API Gateway, and Event-Driven Architecture.
Strong knowledge of Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, Distributed Systems, Scalability, Security, and Performance Optimization.

Cloud & DevOps

Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.

Databases

Strong experience with SQL & NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

AI & Modern Engineering (Mandatory)

Working knowledge of AI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle (AI SDLC).
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows.
Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, LangChain, or similar technologies is an added advantage.

Mandatory Eligibility

10+ years of software engineering experience with significant architecture experience.
Technology-agnostic mindset is mandatory.
Candidates whose career has been exclusively focused on only Java or only .NET are not eligible.
Strong expertise in Node.js, Python, and React.js is required.
Experience designing enterprise-scale applications and leading engineering teams.
Knowledge of AI SDLC is mandatory.
Web3/Blockchain experience is not required.
