What You Will Be Doing

• Lead development of AI solutions across NLP, LLMs, speech processing, computer vision, and agentic AI technologies.
• Design and deploy multi-agent AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Anthropic MCP frameworks.
• Build reliable Generative AI solutions using RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation tooling, and function calling techniques.
• Mentor ML engineers on model selection, fairness, hallucination mitigation, statistical validity, and agent evaluation best practices.
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver AI-driven automation, scalable solutions, and innovative talent technology capabilities.
  
  

Essential

What we are looking for:

• Expertise with Python, full-stack development, and AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI
• Strong foundation in Machine Learning, AI, and statistical concepts.
• Hands-on experience in NLP, LLMs, agentic AI, speech, or vision systems.
• 4–5 years of experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with small, high-performing engineering teams.

• Experience working in fast-paced, growth-stage startup environments.
• Exposure to scalable AI product development and deployment practices.
