Role Overview:

We seek Technical Lead-Data Engineering with deep expertise in designing scalable, cloud-native data architectures and building enterprise-grade data platforms using AWS, Databricks, and/or Snowflake. Who combine strong Pharma/Lifesciences domain expertise with an AI-ready mindset, leveraging AI, GenAI, Data, and Digital Technologies to transform business processes, accelerate outcomes, and unlock new opportunities for innovation.

Qualification :

A Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Computer Science, or a similar discipline (or comparable practical experience) is required.

Experience :

6+ years with 2-3 years of experience in Pharma or Lifesceince domain.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, Apache Spark, ETL development, and cloud technologies across AWS, Databricks and/or Snowflake along with a strong understanding of on-premises and cloud-based data warehouses.
• Lead the design and implementation of robust data solutions to standardize, harmonize, and integrate clinical data across diverse enterprise systems.
• Enable seamless data flow and interoperability between Clinical Data Management Systems (CDMS/EDC), Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), Project & Portfolio Management (PPM), Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM), and Safety systems, driving data consistency and operational efficiency across the clinical trial ecosystem.
• Possess strong technical leadership capabilities and demonstrate the ability to independently lead and deliver complex data engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and global Pharma/ Lifescience clients to understand business needs and recommend innovative, scalable technology solutions.
• Provide technical leadership by leading cross-functional teams, driving project delivery and mentoring team members
