As we continue to scale, we are looking for a highly motivated Technical Operations Associate to work closely with the leadership team and support strategic execution across engineering, AI, product, and business functions.

This is a high-impact role for individuals who enjoy working at the intersection of technology, operations, and executive leadership.

As a Technical Operations Associate, you will coordinate strategic initiatives, monitor project execution, prepare executive briefings, collect updates from technical and business teams, and ensure key priorities are executed effectively across the organization.

This role requires someone who is technically curious, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of understanding engineering and AI discussions while maintaining strong operational discipline.

• Manage executive priorities, calendars, meetings, and daily workflows.
• Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and supporting materials for internal and external meetings.
• Coordinate with Engineering, AI, Product, Design, Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams to collect regular project updates.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards summarizing project progress, milestones, risks, blockers, and action items.
• Track strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on key decisions and organizational priorities.
• Attend leadership meetings, document key decisions, and monitor execution of action items.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and departments.
• Monitor engineering, AI, and product roadmaps to provide timely executive updates.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively escalate critical risks.
• Prepare executive reports, documentation, and business presentations while handling confidential information with professionalism.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics, MCA, or a related technical discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Technical Operations, Program Management, Project Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Technical Consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• High attention to detail, ownership, and an execution-oriented mindset.

• Experience working in AI, SaaS, software engineering, or deep technology companies.
• Familiarity with Conversational AI, Speech AI, NLP, LLMs, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern software architectures.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Linear, or similar platforms.
• Ability to understand technical discussions and communicate effectively with engineering and product teams.
• Experience preparing executive dashboards, reports, and presentations.
