Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience hiring for W2 requirements. This is a Technical Recruiting role — not a Bench Sales position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for technical roles against active W2 client requirements
- Understand technical job requirements (e.g., Java, .NET, Data, Cloud, QA, DevOps, etc.) and map candidate skill sets accordingly
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, internal databases, referrals, and networking
- Coordinate with account managers/clients to understand requirement priorities and provide regular updates
- Negotiate rates/compensation with candidates in line with client budgets
Required Skills:
- 4–6 years of proven experience in technical recruiting for W2 requirements (US staffing industry)
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets and IT terminologies
- Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, Monster, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Note: Candidates with only Bench Sales experience will not be considered — this role is strictly for Technical Recruiting.
