Technical Recruiter

We are hiring for Technical IT recruiter.

Experience : 2 to 10 years  

Location : Chennai (Ashok Nagar) / Coimbatore (Siddhapudur) 

Job Description :

• Must have experience working in Consultancy background (IT Recruitment) 
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, and professional networks.
• Must be strong in decoding JDs and Boolean Search.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions.
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate interest and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers. Plan and execute bulk hiring strategies for IT Roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Excellent Communication and leadership quality.
