Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Understand technical job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche technology roles.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS records.
• Meet hiring targets while ensuring quality and an exceptional candidate experience.

Preferred Technology Hiring Experience

Experience recruiting for one or more of the following technologies:

• ServiceNow
• Data Analytics & AI
• Generative AI
• Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Salesforce
• SAP
• Oracle
• Cyber Security

Required Skills

✔ 2–5 years of Technical Recruitment experience

✔ Proven experience in niche technology hiring

✔ Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals

✔ Experience handling end-to-end recruitment independently

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
