Job Overview
Amasia Solar Private Limited is hiring Technical Sales Executives / Managers to support the growth of our residential and commercial rooftop solar business in Hyderabad.
This role involves understanding customer energy requirements, conducting preliminary site assessments, recommending suitable rooftop solar solutions, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial consultation to project handover.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1–3 years of proven track record selling residential or commercial rooftop solar projects will be preferred.
- Technical Aptitude: Clear comprehension of solar component configurations (Mono PERC vs. TOPCon bifacial modules, string/on-grid inverters).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is highly preferred.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively for on-site client evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and secure new residential and commercial rooftop solar installation contracts across the region.
- Perform preliminary site assessments, evaluating roof spaces (RCC roofs, industrial sheds, open terraces) and shade constraints.
- Analyze client electricity profiles and utility bills to engineer appropriate system capacities (kWp).
- Develop and present comprehensive techno-commercial proposals highlighting payback timelines, net-metering structures, and tax advantages.
- Close deals, collect initial project advances, and ensure frictionless project handover to the installation team.
- Keep up-to-date with local Discom guidelines, net-metering approval workflows, and national schemes (such as PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana).
