Job Description
Job Title: Technical Support Executive – Level2
Experience: 2–6Years
Location: Hyderabad
Interview Mode: In-Person Interview (Mandatory)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide proactive helpdesk support for inbound customer service requests.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Handle incidents and service requests escalated from Level 1 support teams.
- Perform technical analysis of incidents and review ticket history.
- Utilize knowledge bases, log files, and remote support tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Create, update, and maintain tickets with accurate information.
- Assist field service technicians by providing technical guidance and spare-part recommendations when remote resolution is not possible.
- Identify recurring issues and prepare reports for management.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
Required Skills
- Service Desk / Technical Support experience.
- Basic knowledge of:
- SQL
- Networking
- PowerShell
- Command Prompt (CMD)
- Computer Hardware Components
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in local language and English (written and verbal).
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in Service Desk Support or Technical Support.
- Mandatory experience working with global clients.
- Needs to work in Rotational shift.
