Job Title: Technical Support Executive – Level2

Experience: 2–6Years

Location: Hyderabad

Interview Mode: In-Person Interview (Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive helpdesk support for inbound customer service requests.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Handle incidents and service requests escalated from Level 1 support teams.
  • Perform technical analysis of incidents and review ticket history.
  • Utilize knowledge bases, log files, and remote support tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Create, update, and maintain tickets with accurate information.
  • Assist field service technicians by providing technical guidance and spare-part recommendations when remote resolution is not possible.
  • Identify recurring issues and prepare reports for management.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.


Required Skills

  • Service Desk / Technical Support experience.
  • Basic knowledge of:
  • SQL
  • Networking
  • PowerShell
  • Command Prompt (CMD)
  • Computer Hardware Components
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in local language and English (written and verbal).


Qualifications

  • Graduate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in Service Desk Support or Technical Support.
  • Mandatory experience working with global clients.
  • Needs to work in Rotational shift.
