Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Trainer based in Coimbatore. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs, identifying training needs, and evaluating the efficacy of current training materials and methods. Responsibilities include creating instructional resources, implementing practical training sessions, and mentoring students to enhance their technical knowledge and skills in alignment with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Technical Training and experience working as a Technical Trainer
• Proficiency in Training & Development including program design, curriculum development, and training delivery
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and the ability to integrate them into training programs
• Ability to conduct hands-on demonstrations and provide guidance to learners
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
• Previous experience in the education sector and certifications in relevant technical domains are advantageous
