Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to generate leads and assist customers for Car Loans, Balance Transfer, Top-Up Loans, Motor Insurance, and Insurance Renewals. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our financial products, collecting documents, following up on leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Generate leads for car loans and insurance products.
• Explain loan and insurance offerings to customers.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients.
• Maintain customer database and call records.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
• Experience in telecalling, banking, finance, insurance, or DSA industry preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi, Bengali, and/or English.

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
