We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to monitor and manage our SOS support line during non-business

hours. This is a critical role that ensures our doctors and users have access to timely assistance through the

SOS line overnight. The ideal candidate is reliable, alert, and calm under pressure, with the ability to handle

sensitive healthcare-related situations with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the SOS line throughout the assigned shift (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM) to ensure uninterrupted

availability of support for doctors and users.

  • Attend to incoming calls promptly and provide appropriate assistance or route the query to the

relevant team as required.

  • Handle escalations related to healthcare with sensitivity, accuracy, and adherence to defined protocols.
  • Support and reassure customers who may be in distress, ensuring a calm and professional interaction

at all times.

  • Accurately log calls, queries, and escalations in the relevant systems and tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and on-call stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of urgent matters.
  • Maintain strict adherence to shift timings, given the time-critical nature of this role.

Qualifications

  • Basic educational qualification.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, with English and Hindi as primary. Additional languages will be an

advantage.

  • Comfortable operating computer systems and standard tools, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Prior experience in handling customers in distress, preferably in a healthcare or support environment.
  • Working knowledge of handling healthcare-related escalations.
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and dependable during night-shift operations.

Level: Junior

6 days - work week with Rotational Sunday offs

Willing to work on Permanent Night Shift (Work from Home)
