Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Tele Sales Representatives to join our international sales team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to prospective customers in Australia, generate qualified sales opportunities, and schedule appointments. If you have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a solid background in telesales, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers in Australia.
  • Promote clients' products and services professionally.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
  • Build rapport with customers and effectively handle objections.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and appointment targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM.
  • Follow company processes and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of telesales or outbound sales experience (Mandatory).
  • Language: Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional accent.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Drive: Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
  • Tech: Good computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Attitude: Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an Australian call center or Australian outbound sales process.
  • Background in appointment setting, lead generation, or international B2C/B2B sales.
  • Knowledge of the solar energy or water filtration industry.
