Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Sales Executive role based in Patel Nagar. The Tele Sales Executive will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, present services clearly, and follow a structured sales script while adapting to customer needs. Responsibilities include explaining offerings, answering queries, handling objections, and converting leads into confirmed sales or qualified appointments. The role involves maintaining call logs and lead details in CRM or tracking tools, following up on warm leads, and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. The Tele Sales Executive will collaborate with the sales and operations teams to share feedback from customers, support campaign activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proven aptitude for telesales, inside sales, or customer service in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and call-tracking systems.
- Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with performance metrics and deadlines.
- Good command of English and local languages as applicable to the customer base.
- Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, recruitment services, or sales will be an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
