We are seeking an ambitious and performance-focused Senior Growth Consultant (Closer) to convert qualified prospects into customers through high-impact sales conversations. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in handling high-ticket sales, consultative selling, objection handling, and consistently achieving aggressive revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify high-intent prospects.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the closing team while ensuring alignment with ideal customer profiles.
  • Maintain a high appointment show-up rate through timely confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Build rapport with prospects and effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, outreach efforts, and appointment statuses in CRM systems.
  • Monitor lead quality and continuously improve booking-to-conversion ratios.
  • Collaborate with the closing team to ensure seamless handovers and better sales outcomes.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, business development, or appointment setting.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, EdTech, consulting, or any high-ticket sales environment with deal values of ₹1 lakh or above.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong objection-handling and follow-up capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking processes is preferred.

  • Appointment show-up rate.
  • Lead-to-appointment conversion rate.
