Role Description

This Full-time Telecaller position is an on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients and prospects, addressing inquiries, providing product or service information, and maintaining detailed records of call outcomes. Additional tasks include building customer relationships, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Hindi
• Proficiency in customer service and relationship management
• Ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and manage leads effectively
• Experience in using CRM software and basic computer applications, such as MS Office
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Capability to work in a team environment and meet performance targets
• Prior experience in telecalling or a customer-facing role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
