Telecaller (Domestic)

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Noida. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer queries, educating and informing customers about products and services, maintaining customer records, and effectively communicating to build positive relationships. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and contributing to company goals by achieving sales or service targets.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
• Customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in telecalling or telesales operations
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a team and meet performance targets
• Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional language proficiency is a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required)
