Job Title: Telecaller Executive

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential leads, introduce our software products and solutions, identify customer requirements, and generate sales opportunities for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential leads and prospective customers.
• Introduce and explain the company's software products and solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Generate interest in software products and convert potential leads into sales opportunities.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Schedule software demonstrations or meetings with the concerned sales or technical team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead responses, and follow-up status.
• Update lead information and sales progress in the assigned system or database.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for product demonstrations and further discussions.
• Work towards assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Strong convincing and customer interaction skills.
• Interest in software sales and technology products.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or software sales will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
