Role Description The Telecaller Executive will handle outbound and inbound calls to share tender-related information, respond to client inquiries, and promote relevant services. Daily responsibilities include explaining tender details, clarifying requirements, updating records in internal systems, and following up with prospective and existing clients. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information, maintaining call logs, and meeting targets related to outreach and client engagement. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, requiring a consistent presence at the office and adherence to scheduled working hours.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and telephone etiquette skills, with clear and professional spoken English and local language proficiency.
  • Basic computer literacy, including working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email for maintaining client records and tender information.
  • Ability to understand and explain tender information clearly, with attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Customer service orientation, including patience, active listening, and problem-solving skills during client interactions.
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes, follow-up activities, and daily reporting.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales roles is an advantage, especially in B2B or tender-related services.
  • Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
  • Comfort working in an on-site, target-driven environment and collaborating with colleagues and supervisors.
