Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Executive located in New Delhi. The Telecalling Executive will engage with prospective students to provide information about Coding Blocks' courses and programs, address inquiries, and guide them through the enrollment process. The role involves maintaining a high level of professionalism, following up on leads, and meeting team and individual goals for outreach and conversions. Executives are expected to work as part of a dynamic team to achieve organizational success.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport effectively
• Strong customer service and soft skills to address inquiries and assist students in decision-making
• Basic technical knowledge and understanding of programming/IT-related terms (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage
• Ability to work well under pressure and achieve performance targets
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, telecommunication applications, or related software (preferred)
• Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; knowledge of additional regional languages is an added advantage
• A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
