📍 Role Overview


  • Position: Telecaller / Student Advisor
  • Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
  • Location: Sector 15, Gurgaon, Haryana
  • Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Stipend/Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Dependant on profile/experience) + Performance-based incentives.


🚀 Key Responsibilities & Expectations


  • High-Volume Outbound Calling: Initiate 200+ outbound calls daily to prospective students who have registered interest or downloaded information from our platform.
  • Lead Counseling & Vetting: Understand the student's educational background, answer queries regarding Online MBA, MCA, BBA, and BCA programs, and guide them through our university eligibility checker.
  • Data Management: Accurately update student details, call statuses, and follow-up timelines in our internal Lead Management System.
  • Daily Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily calling metrics and quality benchmarks to maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified admissions leads.


🎯 Requirements & Skills


  • Education: High School (12th Pass) or Graduates looking to build a career in Ed-Tech / Sales.
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and conversational English.
  • Resilience & Energy: Ability to maintain high energy, positive intent, and discipline across high-volume daily call targets.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, smartphones, web browsers (like Chrome/Firefox), and entering data quickly.
