Role Description The Telecaller role at MaxGrow Consulting is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. In this role, the telecaller will make outbound calls to potential candidates and clients, share information about job opportunities and services, and gather required data for recruitment and hiring processes. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating candidate databases, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates to ensure smooth communication and coordination. The telecaller will also handle basic queries, provide clear and accurate information, and escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed. This position requires consistent adherence to call quality standards, professional phone etiquette, and timely reporting to the supervising recruiter or manager.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation skills for effective phone conversations.
  • Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office tools and the ability to work with CRM or recruitment databases.
  • Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills to manage candidate and client interactions professionally.
  • Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to handle call volumes, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
  • Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to capture accurate information and resolve straightforward queries.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or recruitment coordination is an added advantage.
  • Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and adhere to company schedules and performance targets.
