Job Description

Red Hot Media House Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Call Center Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

• 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Telesales.
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Positive attitude and strong customer handling skills.
