Job Description
Our client is looking for telecaller/inside sales representative. In this role, you will help drive lead generation and support sales pipeline growth through a combination of research, outbound calling, email outreach, and coordination. The role requires excellent communication skills, comfort with high-volume telecalling, and a structured, process-driven approach to sales support.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads to introduce offerings and gauge interest.
• Qualify leads based on specific criteria and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team.
• Support email campaigns and follow-up communication as part of outreach strategy.
• Research and maintain a strong lead database with up-to-date contact information.
• Track and update lead status, call outcomes, and notes in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align outreach strategies and messaging.
• Share regular reports on outreach performance and lead conversion metrics.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident phone presence with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools.
• Organized, target-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in marketing or customer service is a plus.
