We’re looking for dynamic *Territory Sales Managers (TSM)* to lead NXTsft’s sales operations in assigned districts/states.
As an TSM, you’ll build a high-performing sales team, drive revenue targets, and ensure market penetration.

- Location:* Multiple locations ( City / Ditsrict Wise ) across Your State (Work Remote + Field visits)

- Employment Type:* Full-time
- Salary:* Upto ₹50,000 per month (Fixed + Variable)

Role Overview
We’re looking for dynamic *Territory Sales Managers (TSM)* to lead NXTsft’s sales operations in assigned districts/states.
As an TSM, you’ll build a high-performing sales team, drive revenue targets, and ensure market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- *Team Management*: Hire, train, and manage 10 Area Sales Officers in your territory
- *Sales Targets*: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for your territory
- *Market Penetration*: Expand NxtSft Proptech presence across Home Owners, Builders, Agents, and Channel Partners
- *Partnerships*: Forge partnerships with Builders, Developers, and Real Estate Associations
- *Reporting*: Submit weekly sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to Regional Head
- *Customer Relations*: Ensure excellent service to key clients and handle escalations
- ₹20,000 Fixed + Up to ₹40,000 Performance Incentives
- Work Remotly with field visits in your territory
- Training, CRM access, and marketing support
- Fast-track promotions to Regional Manager in 6 months
- Certificate and Letter of Experience
- 5-10 years sales experience (Real Estate/Insurance/BFSI preferred)
- Graduate degree (MBA a plus)
- You shoul have -Own Android phone + Laptop + Stable internet
- Willing to travel 30% in your district/state
- Excellent communication in English + Hindi + Local language
