Test Materialization & Execution Engineer

We are seeking a Test Materialization & Execution Engineer to build systems that validate AI-generated software changes by creating real, executable tests and safely running them across multiple programming language ecosystems.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with testing frameworks, execution environments, automation infrastructure, and developer tooling.

• Design and develop test-generation systems that create high-quality, production-ready tests using native testing frameworks.
• Build containerized and isolated execution environments to safely compile, execute, and validate generated code.
• Develop systems to connect generated tests with intended software changes and verify correctness.
• Build reliable pipelines for test execution, result collection, and analysis.
• Improve test reliability, scalability, and execution performance.
• Work across multiple programming language ecosystems and testing frameworks.

• 5–10 years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with test frameworks and runners in at least one major language ecosystem (Java, .NET, or similar).
• Strong understanding of build systems and sandboxed/containerized execution.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience building reliable software systems in production environments.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with CI/CD systems and automation pipelines.
• Knowledge of code coverage tools, flaky test detection, or test-impact analysis.
• Experience executing untrusted or generated code safely at scale.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
