Key Result Areas

Supporting Actions

CEO Support & Management Communication

Hold end-to-end accountability for quarterly review presentations to the Board, investors, town halls and strategy meets.
Provide sectoral insights to the CEO and assist with commentary for industry engagements and high-profile forums.
Collaborate closely with functions and LoBs on strategic projects run through the CEO's office.
Drive Strategic Outcomes through timely KPI updates

Business KPI tracking

Develop a holistic understanding of entity/LoB performance and track financial and non-financial KPIs across key vectors — Growth, Asset Quality and Profitability.
Participate in review discussions — tracking changes in targets, core KPIs and project timelines, and proactively following up with relevant functions to identify underlying causes and mitigants for material deviations.
Maintain a repository of monthly/quarterly KPIs, keeping it updated in a ready-to-use state.
Analyze financials to understand the key parameters driving profitability.
Build strong working relationships with business counterparts to enable timely, independent access to data for performance analysis.

Industry & Peer Benchmarking

Closely track peer performance across comparable NBFCs and lenders, on both an overall and segmental basis.
Publish a quarterly peer-benchmarking report on growth, profitability and asset quality, with perspective on the company's performance relative to peers.
Review publicly available reports — investor collateral, transcripts, filings and other public disclosures — to surface trends, new developments and peer initiatives.
Track industry growth including underlying segments; maintain a repository and update management on important trends.

Annual Planning & Budgeting

Collaborate with all Lines of Business to understand and document the key drivers behind business goals.
Work with functions to capture critical initiatives that enable businesses to achieve their goals.
Create detailed planning documents and presentations articulating key business outcomes and their enablers.
