SLRD Memorial Hospital is looking for an experienced TPA Executive to manage end-to-end TPA, insurance, and corporate empanelment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle TPA & Insurance Company Empanelment/Registration from start to finish.
• Complete CGHS, ECHS, ESIC, Ayushman Bharat (AB-PMJAY) and other government/insurance panel registrations (where applicable).
• Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for cashless approvals, pre-authorizations, claim processing, and settlements.
• Maintain all TPA-related documentation and ensure timely submission of claims.
• Resolve claim queries, deductions, and pending cases with insurance companies.
• Coordinate with billing, medical records, doctors, and finance departments for smooth claim processing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with TPAs, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurance guidelines.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate records of all TPA activities.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in Hospital TPA/Insurance Operations.
• Strong knowledge of hospital billing, cashless claims, empanelment, and documentation.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Hospital Information System (HIS) will be an added advantage.
