Trainee System Administrator

Role Description:

The responsibilities of the Trainee System Administrator will include:

• Install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Provide basic desktop and laptop support.
• Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems.
• Create and manage user accounts.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install software updates and security patches.
• Maintain IT documentation and inventory.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, and computer hardware.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
