Trainer - Content Creator

Role Description The Trainer - Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. In this position, the trainer designs and delivers engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning modules for early-stage founders in informal sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating curriculum materials, presentations, and digital content (such as guides, toolkits, and video scripts) that simplify complex entrepreneurial concepts. The role involves assessing founder learning needs, customizing training content, and providing feedback and coaching to support participants’ growth. The Trainer - Content Creator will also collaborate with the accelerator team to align content with program goals, gather insights from sessions, and continuously update materials to reflect best practices and market trends.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and deliver structured training programs, workshops, and interactive sessions tailored to founders and early-stage startups.
• Strong content creation skills, including curriculum design, presentation development, and creation of learning materials for both in-person and digital formats.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex business concepts clearly and engage diverse learner groups.
• Experience in entrepreneurship, startup ecosystems, or business mentoring, preferably with exposure to informal or emerging sectors.
• Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for training, content delivery, and learner engagement.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple training batches and content projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in training or instructional design are an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt content based on feedback and program outcomes.
