Trainer - Graphic design and video editing

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Trainer role in Graphic Design and Video Editing, based in Secunderābād. The Trainer will design and deliver structured lessons on graphic design fundamentals, visual communication principles, and video editing techniques to learners of varying skill levels. Responsibilities include creating training materials and project-based assignments, demonstrating industry-standard tools and workflows, and providing constructive feedback on learner projects. The Trainer will conduct live classes, support learners through doubt-clearing sessions, and adapt teaching methods to different regional languages where possible. Additional tasks include staying current with design and editing trends, collaborating with the academic team to improve course content, and ensuring that learners are prepared for job-oriented roles in the creative industry.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to teach core design concepts clearly.
• Candidates should possess skills in Visual Communication and Typography to guide learners in creating effective, readable, and engaging designs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Design to introduce learners to layouts, responsive design basics, and digital interfaces.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools for graphic design (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalents).
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor, preferably in design, multimedia, or related fields.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to beginners in a clear, patient manner.
• Ability to develop structured curricula, lesson plans, and practical projects aligned with job-oriented outcomes.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in a classroom setting in Secunderābād and collaborating with diverse learners from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
