PositionTraining & Development Lead

📍 Location: Bengaluru / Field Operations

Role Overview

The Training & Development Lead will be responsible for building and managing the company’s end-to-end learning and capability development ecosystem.

This role involves training teams across all levels of the organization — including leadership, operational teams, field executives, merchant onboarding teams, and support staff.

The ideal candidate should be capable of developing high-performance teams through structured training, motivation, operational discipline, product education, sales enablement, and leadership development.



Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Capability Development

  • Design and conduct onboarding and training programs
  • Develop product training modules for internal teams and merchants
  • Build structured learning systems and SOP-driven training processes
  • Conduct classroom, virtual, and field training sessions

Sales & Business Development Training

  • Train teams on lead generation and merchant acquisition
  • Improve sales pitching and conversion capabilities
  • Develop objection handling and communication frameworks
  • Support performance improvement initiatives

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor field leaders and operational teams
  • Build a performance-oriented and growth-driven culture
  • Conduct motivational and engagement sessions
  • Support leadership development initiatives

Content & Learning Systems

  • Create presentations, scripts, manuals, and video-based training content
  • Standardize training across cities and operational teams
  • Assist in building scalable internal learning systems and certification programs


RequirementsPreferred Background

Experience in one or more of the following:

  • Sales Training
  • Retail Operations
  • Startup Operations
  • Learning & Development (L&D)
  • Field Team Management
  • Franchise Training
  • Business Development Training


Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and motivational ability
  • Ability to manage and train large field teams
  • Process-oriented and execution-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in startup environments
  • Kannada/Hindi/English communication preferred
