Responsibilities


  • Deliver engaging training programs on soft skills, hospitality excellence, customer service, executive presence, communication, and sales effectiveness.
  • Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Facilitate role plays, mock customer interactions, and experiential learning sessions.
  • Support product and process training in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and recommend learning interventions.
  • Assess participant learning through quizzes, role plays, observations, and feedback.
  • Monitor post-training implementation and provide on-the-job coaching where required.
  • Develop and update training content, presentations, assessments, and learning materials.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and training effectiveness reports.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and service excellence across the organization.


Qualifications


  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in hospitality, luxury real estate, aviation, hotels, or premium customer service industries.


Required Skills



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking abilities.
  • Well-groomed with a professional personality and executive presence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office.
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people.
  • Willingness to travel across Central Park locations as required.
