Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Training & Operations Manager to support daily facility management operations and employee training across client sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping, soft services, or integrated facility management and be capable of driving operational excellence, service quality, and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct induction, refresher, and on-the-job training for housekeeping and facility staff.
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support daily operations across assigned client sites and resolve operational issues.
  • Conduct quality inspections and site audits to maintain service standards.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure adequate manpower deployment.
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, grooming, and performance of field staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and client requirements.
  • Prepare MIS reports, training records, and operational reports.
  • Address client concerns promptly and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify training needs and recommend process improvements.

Eligibility

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management, Housekeeping, or Soft Services.
  • Experience in conducting staff training and handling multiple sites is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
MIS
